As first time home buyers, we thank our lucky stars we were referred to Lyn. She served as our champion throughout the buying process, reminding us of better things to come if something didn't quite work out as expected and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the road was as smooth and stressfree as possible! She exhibited the utmost professionalism,
patience and understanding as we asked endless questions. She was with us every step of the way, always open and positive, guiding us toward our perfect home. In the end, every twist and turn led us right to where we belong -- in a better house than we ever thought we would/could have within OUR budget. Her years of experience with houses over the years and the plentiful number of contacts in the community have been extremely appreciated! I can't imagine going through this process without her! I would strongly suggest ANYONE, whether a first timer or many time home buyer, not venture down the path of buying a house without Lyn in their corner! Our kids are so happy to be in the house, but they're definitely going to miss our visits with the "house lady!" ;-)
